The Board of Directors of the DEKONTA, on the basis of basic company development trends and current trade situation, declares for the years 2002 - 2006 the following Quality Assurance and Environmental Management Policy.

We, the management and employees of the Prague Centre of DEKONTA, pay great attention to the quality of our provided services and environmental protection. The Fulfilment of the requirements related to the EN ISO 9000:2001 and the EN ISO 14001:1997 belong to the top-priority task of company employees. We are aware of our responsibility for environmental protection, and therefore we commit ourselves to following:

  1. To provide qualified, professional and complex services to our clients in the fields of waste treatment, contaminated site remediation, environmental emergency response, and consultancy and laboratory activities.
  2. To carry out all our activities in accordance with legislation in force and compulsory environmental limits.
  3. To assess all investments and development strategies of the company according to their environmental impact.
  4. To ensure unique identification of customer requirements and to monitor these requirements during work realisation. All our activities will be carried out in compliance with all bearing acts, rules and business contracts.
  5. To execute projects with maximum speed and effectiveness with the minimisation of risks related to the environment and inhabitant's health. We are willing to ensure the maximum possible quality, effectiveness, speed and professional management of a provided service.
  6. During waste treatment to use such methods that are economically available and lead to minimisation of environmental risks and impacts to the environment
  7. During the performance of environmental emergency response services, to apply procedures that rapidly and effectively stop further migration of dangerous substances into the environment and related environmental damage.
  8. To provide information on possible environmental impacts of our activities to our clients, state and local administration offices.
  9. To constantly improve specialisation and professional qualification of our services by implementing new environmental friendly technologies and by increasing our employees' qualifications and their awareness of environmental impacts of company activities.

The company management will provide good conditions, effective assistance and all necessary sources for the company employees in order to ensure them qualified, devoted, safe in a loyal work environment of reciprocal confidence and co-operation which enables our employees to provide services with pride and professional satisfaction.

The company management is commited to the establishment and consequent innovation of all necessary organisational, personel and material conditions for the implementation of the Quality Assurance and Environmental Management Policy. To put this complex system into effect in order to achieve its implementation into internal company habits and culture leading to the fulfilment of the environmental protection and quality assurance management and therefore provides complete satisfaction for our customer, clients and other interested parties.

The company management expects from all employees identification with principles stated in the Quality Assurance and Environmental Management Policy, fulfilment of this philosophy day-by-day, to undertake responsibility on quality of their work and environmental protection, to carry out active error prevention, submission of own suggestions for system function improvement and an active approach to the increase of their own qualifications.

Quality of provided services and minimisation of negative impacts of our activities on the environment have crucial importance for the further strengtheing of the company market position and of its further development.
