Quality assurance and environmental management system
DEKONTA places emphasis on quality assurance of provided services / products and minimisation of negative impacts of its activities on the environment. Therefore the Quality Assurance Management System in accordance with requirements of the EN ISO 9001:2000 and the Environmental Management System according to the EN ISO 14001:1997 were established.
Major approaches of quality assurance and environmental protection were declared as into the Quality Assurance and Environmental Policy.
All activities are carried out according to the following internal documentation:
- the Quality Assurance and Environmental Manual, which states the general description of the system
- Guidance, which define techniques of administrative activities within the company including planning and control, communication to customers, development, employee training, subcontracting etc.
- Procedure Instructions describing techniques of individual professional activities within the company and requirements on management, control and documentation activities in relation to the following:
- waste treatment
- remediation
- environmental emergency response service
- investigation and sampling
- consultation services
- laboratory services
Independent verification of the implemented systems was performed by the CQS and CERT-ACO companies, which also issued appropriate certificates.
